Lockout Tags are used to explain why a device has been locked out. They are designed to withstand maximum exposure and retain message visibility to ensure that it is not removed before repair and maintenance is complete. These tags are needed every time a Lockout Tagout device is locked out for repair or maintenance.

These tags are printed on both sides with the details displayed below. Supplied in packs of 10 complete with tie-wraps.
